Gymnastics class introduces children to aspects of flexibility, strength, balance and fundamental gymnastics movement as well as beginner tumbling movements. Class begins with stretching, followed by a structured activity and ends with a cool down.
Participants should be able to run, jump and climb comfortably and have a willingness and ability to follow directions.
Recommended for ages 6 and up.
