Know Your Food (Teen Time Wednesdays)

Learners will explore many aspects of food to enhance their understanding of their food sources and choices. Learners will also participate in hand-on activities of gardening, harvesting and food preparation to learn more about the impact of their food choices. Other topics that will be discussed are organic/non-organic, plant based eating, fad diets and much more.
Recommended for ages 13 and up
